Additionally, Secret Lengua now offers access to language tutors to support learners in real time. These tutors are selected independently, and Secret Lengua does not intervene in the learner-tutor relationship.

3. Offers and Subscriptions

Some content is available for free to all users.

Access to premium content and tutor contact forms requires a paid subscription, clearly detailed on our website.

Subscriptions grant a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the content, valid only during the subscription period.

4. Payments and Pricing

Subscription prices are displayed transparently on our website.

Payment must be made through the accepted methods before accessing premium features or tutor contact forms.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Users have a 2-day withdrawal period after subscribing, unless the service is fully activated at the user's request before the end of this period.
